LOMBARD DEVELOPMENT INC. (LDI) was incorporated in Alberta, Canada in 1985. Together with LOMBARD CANADA HOUSING CORPORATION (LCHC) and LOMBARD PACIFIC INC it is a member of the LOMBARD GROUP.

LDI corporate activities include REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT & DEVELOPMENT, BUILDING PROJECT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT, TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER, and as a FACILITATOR FOR THE ENERGY AND PRECIOUS METALS INDUSTRIES.

LDI has a demonstrated capacity to undertake responsibility for projects from concept development and feasibility studies to completion and marketing: a TURNKEY DESIGN / BUILD CAPABILITY in land, construction and trade development.

In the area of international development and technology trans-fer, LDI can provide for a full range of ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING SERVICES and has a brokerage capacity to facilitate and assist Developing Countries with appropriate housing and Canadian construction techniques, notably in re-gard to:

In Russia, LDI has been involved in the transfer MANUFACTURING CAPABILITY for BUILDING MATERIALS and the development of facilities for FUNERAL SERVICES.

LDI works with clients in a variety of ways and employs, as required, on a contract basis, its teams of architects, engineers and other professionals, for the delivery of individual projects.

Lance Lalsin, president of LDI, has over 20 years experience in the design, development and construction of large industrial and residential structures, including offices and maintenance facilities for mines, power and chemical plants, high-rise office towers, apartment buildings and private houses. Barrick Gold Strike Project - Administration Office Building. Location: (Sierra Nevada Mountain) Carlin, Nevada, U.S.A. Client/Owner: American Barrick Resources Corporation Cost: $8 Million	Nestled in the Sierra Nevada mountains, the administrative centre was built close to the mine in order to ensure effective supervision of site activities. This location is subject to extreme weather conditions and the facility had to be designed to be maintenance-free and economical. The project was designed and built in record time and on budget
